About Me

Dr. Indu S is working in Govt. Ayurveda College, Tripunithura since 2019 as Assistant Professor in the Department of Panchakarma. Previously she has worked at Soukya Holistic International health centre, Bangalore from 2017 to 2018. She got ample exposure there to the holistic way of treatment combining Ayurveda, Homeopathy and Naturopathy. After which she moved back to Kerala and worked at Aster AyurVaid, ayurveda wing of Aster Medcity. She propagated both wellness and curative aspects of Ayurveda among National and International patients through their wellness OP. She is specialized in Panchakarma and has more than 10 years of experience. She can handle chronic joint disorders, arthritis, rheumatologic conditions, neurological conditions and musculoskeletal diseases, gastrointestinal diseases, issues like stress, anxiety and insomnia (sleeplessness).

She is a very enthusiastic doctor who has bagged awards in paper presentations in various institutions. She completed her post-graduation under KUHS University by securing third rank. She has also completed courses in Smrithi meditation (AYURVEDA PSYCHOTHERAPY), Clinical cosmetology, Cupping therapy and includes them in the disease management.

  • Participated in AYURPRAYAANAM 2016, National Seminar on Cerebrovascular Diseases organized by Vaidyaratnam Ayurveda College, Ollur, Thrissur on 18th, 19th August 2016.
  • Poster Presentation prize winner at Vasti Viveka 2016 (National Seminar on Vasti 25 th ,26 th ,27th of Aug 2016) PNNM Ayurveda Medical College, Cheruthuruthy, Shoranur.

  • Participated in PAPER PRESENTATION competition and presented a Paper on Ruksha vasthi in Rheumatology at Vasti Viveka 2016 (National Seminar on Vasti 25 th - 27th of Aug 2016) PNNM Ayurveda Medical College, Cheruthuruthy, Shoranur.
